Our Story
Nick Andersen and Thomas Hansen started this company in 1987 with a single truck and a shared belief: that local bakeries deserved the same access to premium ingredients as the big players.
What began as weekend deliveries to a handful of Boston bakeries has grown into a regional operation serving over 2,400 accounts across 12 states. But our philosophy hasn't changed.
Today, Nick's daughter Sarah leads operations while Thomas's son Erik manages our sourcing partnerships. The next generation, same commitment: personal service, uncompromising quality, and the understanding that your success is our success.
